If you haven't already, do yourself a favor and check out the live webcam footage of the National Zoo's giant panda cub. I use the one through Animal Planet and, copying a co-worker, have been keeping it up on my desktop most hours of the day. Little Tai Shan and mom have taken to wrestling a lot -- now how can that not brighten your day? Hey, I don't have a dog, so this is pretty much the next best thing!

I probably wouldn't be into the panda if it weren't a local story. Can't get away from the ball of fuzz!
I wasn't paying any attention until I was there, either, but that little cutie is hard to resist.
I just wish he would liven up. He's turned that habitat into Sleepy Time Station every time I tune in.
