A New Layer for The Onion

This week's Onion, set in 2056, is a can't-miss issue. I'm still working my way through it, but some favorites so far:

• "Kansas Outlaws Teaching of Unified Field Theory in Schools"
• Tonite on the Holovoid (shows last 5 minutes): From the Robonetworks channel, "Flawed Humans Compete with Simple Constructs to Correctly Estimate Costs of Household Goods"
• A pull-down menu that offers (but not really) the site in different languages, including 100101010010, Revised-Standard Klingon and Texan. I'm fixin' to read me some more satire ...
